• Can you drive an electric scooter on public roads?

At the moment it is not allowed to drive on public roads in the Netherlands. An electric scooter must first be inspected by the RDW. An electric scooter is only allowed on the road when the RDW has designated the vehicle as a special moped. Before purchasing an electric scooter, check whether it is approved for public roads.

 

• Can I still change my orders after payment?

If you make a change to your order, please contact with us as soon as possible. However, the order must not be shipped yet. The sooner you can notify us, the sooner we can process this.

 

• What are the shipping costs?

We ship all electric scooters to you for free. You do not pay any additional costs. You can combine multiple items in one shipment.

 

• How many years do I have a warranty on my item?

With Super E-steps you have a warranty of up to 2 years on your item. The warranty differs per part of the scooter you choose. If you have any questions about what is covered by the warranty of your electric scooter, please contact us and we will look it up for you.

 

• How can I return my items?

Not the scooter you're looking for? No problem. You can return to us within 14 days. Send an email to info@superesteps.nl and we will ensure that the returned item is processed. To return a product, it must be in its original packaging and unused. See us return policy for more information.

 

• How long does a battery last?

On a full battery charge you can reach about 25 kilometers with a scooter. The range can of course differ per scooter. This also depends on the capacity of the battery. The average lifespan of a battery is 2 to 3 years.

 

 

• How fast do the electric scooters go?

That differs per step. Most of our electric scooters have a maximum speed of 25 km/h. With a number of steps you can even determine the speed.

 

 

• Can I come and see one of the products?

That's possible. We have some of our products available in our showroom. First make an appointment and come by. A test drive is also possible.

 

• Can electric bicycles that go 45 km/h go on public roads?

Different rules apply to these bicycles (moped) than electric bicycles that go 25 km/h. In particular, these electric bicycles must have a license plate and the driver must be at least 16 years old and have a driver's license.

 

• Can I pay in installments?

In3 - Pay in 3 installments with 0% interest

Would you rather not pay for your purchase in one go? Then use in3: the only spread payment method with 0% interest. You pay the purchase amount in three installments without extra costs. This way you can buy your favorite product within your budget. The minimum order amount is €100 and the maximum order amount is €3,000.

• How does it work?

If you choose in3 you pay the full amount in three equal parts within 60 days. On the day of your order you pay the first part via iDeal and your purchase will be shipped. 30 days later you pay the second part and 30 days later the third part. That way you don't have to make a large expense in one go. You will receive an email as soon as you have to make a new payment. It's that easy!

3. 2nd & 3rd payment:

• Can I also order individual parts of a product?

It is possible to order individual parts of a specific model. If the part is available, we will send you an invoice by e-mail. Feel free to contact customer service if you have any questions.
