Order and Delivery

You can easily place an order by adding your product to the shopping cart and then pressing the checkout button. After completing your order you will receive a confirmation email and afterwards a shipping email as soon as your order has been shipped. We make every effort to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 days. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. We do not charge shipping costs with your order.

Delivery is via the postman or parcel deliverer of PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS or UPS. Once your payment has been received by us, the order will be shipped. A track & trace number sent to you by email and sms so you can track your package. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
